Deleting Former Client Data¶

• Remove passwords from KeePass.
• All KeePass installs should be synced.
• Remove passwords from pass
• Everyone should run pass git pull.
• Remove data from rsync.net.
• Disable future backup to rsync.net.
• Delete local copies of their site - filesystem AND database.
• Delete repo from git.megaphonetech.com.
• Delete all shared info from Nextcloud except contracts.
• Review their contract/NDA for anything that's covered but not listed above.
• End the recurring invoice. Create a final partial-month invoice if applicable.
