SMTP sender on docker image to red to hashmi (hashmi.mayfirst.org = server that megaphonetech.com tied to)
stored on hahsmi
hashmi two postfix servers
sends mail to itself to filter it

if no 3rd party server
civi to postfix and out
can also go directly from civi

vs

civi to sendgrid to hashmi

3rd party servers manage email reputation
i.e. if sendgrid server gets marked as spam, rotate ip address
